All uncollected tickets will be released for sale at cinema box office. General sessions: $13.80 - Adult $10.00 - All Palace movie club members / Alliance Française Members / Concessions FESTIVAL CONDITIONS Booked tickets for general sessions must be collected at least 60 minutes before the movie start time. All uncollected tickets will be released for sale at cinema box office. Palace Movie Club (or other concession cards) must be shown at time of ticket purchase / collection to receive the applicable discounted rate, otherwise full rate will be charged. We anticipate door sales will be available for most festival sessions, but this is not guaranteed. Festival patrons, who are in a position to do so, are urged to select and acquire their tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment as all seating is reserved. Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Dates, times & programmes are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice. We regret Palace cinema passes, movie dollar vouchers, gift vouchers, and all complimentary passes cannot be accepted as payment for festival screenings. All non-English films have English subtitles. All seating is reserved. All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over, unless specified due to the legal requirements of holding a festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.
