Telephone bookings must be collected no later than 60 minutes prior to the session (uncollected tickets they will be released for sale to the public).
We anticipate that door sales will be available for most festival sessions, but this cannot be guaranteed. Festival patrons who are in a position to do so, are urged to select and acquire their tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Palace Cinema passes and other complimentary passes are not acceptable for festival screenings.
Palace Movie Club Members, Alliance Francaise members and students require a current membership card. A current ID card must be presented by the holder personally in order to gain the concession.
All films will commence at the advertised starting times, unless noted.
All non-English films have English subtitles.
Telephone bookings must be collected no later than 60 minutes prior to the session (with the exception of booked tickets for the Opening Night, which must be collected no later than 2 days before the event).
Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The cinema box office accepts CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB AND AMERICAN EXPRESS
Dates, times and programs are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice.
Due to festival censorship requirements, we regret that all films are open to persons 18 years and over with the exception of the following films that have been classified.
